- Location Data: Your approximate location (when you grant permission) to automatically determine your Maidenhead grid square for QSO logging and to show nearby repeaters. We only collect coarse location data, not precise GPS coordinates. Location data is linked to your QSO logs and is not used for tracking purposes.
- QSO Logs: Contact information you log including callsigns, frequencies, modes, dates, times, and notes
- Callsign Book: Information about stations you've contacted
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Automatically determine your Maidenhead grid square from your location for QSO logging
- Show you nearby amateur radio repeaters based on your location
- Sync your data across your devices
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud platform. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Access to data is protected by Row Level Security
