73Log is an amateur radio contact logging application that allows users to:
- Log and track amateur radio contacts (QSOs)
- Maintain a callsign book of contacts
- Sync data across multiple devices
- View statistics about their radio activity

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 73Log shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Data Backup
While we take measures to protect your data, we recommend maintaining your own backups of important QSO logs. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
